We are excited to announce that, starting October 1, 2017, Online Prior Authorization submission for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential and Detox services will be available through the  CareOregon Connect Provider Portal and via OneHealthPort. All SUD Residential and Detox services must be submitted online from this date forward.

CareOregon will no longer be accepting faxed prior authorization request for these services after October 1, 2017. However, we will continue accepting faxes for clinical documentation only. The fax number for those documents is 503-416-3713 or toll-free, 888-272-9315.
