Welcome to our 2024 Report to the Community! We are incredibly proud of the partnerships, milestones and metrics highlighted in this report and hope you take a few minutes to learn about our community impact. 

As I reflect on our work with many of you, I’m struck by the depth of the relationships we’ve built in Jackson County. Our deep local connections and commitment to listening to diverse voices allow us to be nimble in our approach to addressing community needs. 

We’re also proud of the breadth and quality of the provider network we support. Over the past decade, we’ve been one of only two coordinated care organizations in Oregon to earn 100% of the state’s Quality Pool payout every year. Our performance in this area speaks volumes not only to our work but to the work of our provider partners, including social safety net organizations.  

As we release this report, many of us are watching the changes taking place at the federal level and feeling anxious about what lies ahead. We understand, but we also want our members, partners and community to know that we’re here for you. Through challenges like the pandemic, the historic Almeda Fire and more, we’ve been a source of stability in Jackson County. We will continue to hold true to our values, structure and relationships for many years to come.
