Members to be notified of recent data breach

Jackson Care Connect recently experienced a data breach that has impacted some of our members’ personal health information. Those who are affected by this breach will receive a letter in the mail explaining what happened. This letter was sent out on December 26.

If you cannot receive mail at this time, or if your address is not up to date with our records, please call Jackson Care Connect Customer Service at 458-212-2025. They can let you know if you’ve been impacted and should have received this letter.
