New durable medical equipment network
Starting August 1, 2026, Jackson Care Connect will include a new durable medical equipment (DME) network, CareCentrix, for management of select DME supplies.
Before August, CareCentrix will contact Jackson Care Connect members to help them find an in-network supplier, if their supplies are part of this transition. Alternately, prescribing providers or Jackson Care Connect customer service can help members navigate the change ahead of time.
This shift includes a dedicated customer service line and reductions in delivery delays for DME products and services.

What members can do now
- Work with your prescribing provider to find an in-network DME supplier.
- Call CareCentrix at 844-588-1665 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for help finding an in-network DME supplier.
- Call Jackson Care Connect Customer Service at 541-500-0567, toll-free 855-722-8208 or TTY 711. We can help you see the suppliers in our network.
- Visit jacksoncareconnect.org/members/find-a-provider to search for a supplier. You can also call Customer Service to ask for a printed provider directory.
