Jackson Care Connect members do not need a referral from a primary care provider to get mental health and substance use disorder services from a network provider.

Are you experiencing a crisis?

Call the Jackson County Mental Health 24/7 crisis line at 541-500-0567 or 988 any time you are in immediate distress and need support. You can also call 911 if you are in a crisis.

Important: You don’t need to get approval from us to call the crisis line or get emergency services. Use those services at any time you feel you are having an emergency.

Finding it difficult to get an appointment and need support immediately?

Check out the list of clinics below that offer “same day access” to get started with mental health or substance use treatment services.

This means no appointment is needed, and you can walk in during the days and times listed below. These clinics also have language interpreter services and a full spectrum of team-based services and/or supports that meet unique needs.

Behavioral health is a term used to refer to three services: mental health care, substance use treatment and recovery support. These services are available at no cost to you. Getting help is easy: click on a link below to view our mental health care and substance use treatment handout, which helps explain these services:

If you’re in crisis, you can get help without a referral or diagnosis. If you’re not currently enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan, visit One.Oregon.gov to find out if you’re eligible and apply for benefits.
